📅 Bookings & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance must be paid 2 days before the event.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

💳 Payments
Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
All prices are agreed in advance and may vary depending on the design and setup.

🚚 Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup times will be agreed in advance.
Please ensure easy access and space is available for setup.
Any delays caused by access issues may affect setup time.

🎈 Balloons & Care
Balloons are delicate and can be affected by heat, cold, sunlight, and sharp objects.
Please keep balloons indoors where possible and at room temperature.
Balloons may shrink in cold weather and expand in heat.
Once delivered or collected, the responsibility for balloons passes to the customer.

⚠️ Safety
Balloons and equipment must be kept away from children and pets without supervision.
Do not move or adjust any installed displays, as this may cause damage or injury.
Balloon cylinders and equipment must only be used as instructed.

🔁 Changes & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible — we will try to accommodate where we can.
Cancellations close to the event date may result in full payment being required.

📸 Photos & Marketing
We may take photos of setups for social media and marketing purposes.
If you prefer your setup not to be shared, please let us know in advance.

⚖️ Liability
Balloons Your Party is not responsible for:
Damage after delivery/collection
Environmental effects (weather, temperature, handling)
Injury caused by misuse of balloons or equipment
